Application Exclude List

Since I'm kinda used to hotkey Alt+Space whle searching. And I find it very easy and intuitive hotkey, recently I switched to new browser which mainly uses Hotkey for opening new tab, and has similar apperiance as Flow Launcher.

- Since * Ignore Hotkeys in fullscreen mode * doesn't work for any of the browser or app that is Maximized (I think it dows not recognize maxximized app as fullscreen opened app), It would be nice to have **Exclude Apps List** in which hotkey would not work.
- Or the ability to choose weather we want only fullscreen apps or we want hotkeys not to work in maximized apps too.
