Add an option to the Program plugin to set an interval to automatically reindex program sources

Every time I install programs in the custom program source, I always need to go to the plugin settings to reindex.

I would appreciate that the program sources are reindexed automatically with the following options:
Automatically Reindex:
- On program load
- Daily
- Weekly
