### Problem Description
The program is not executed from the “Send to” context menu.
### To Reproduce
1.Search for file.
2.Open the Show Windows Context Menu.
3.Open a file with “SendTo”.
### Screenshots
In the screenshot, “create shortcut on desktop” was executed on “test.zip” on the desktop, but no shortcut was created on the desktop.
