Add Smart Buttons system

Script should recognize certain predefined labels on buttons and enhance them.

Ex. A button labeled "TA L" or TA R" should have a special arrow icon on the UI.

Or

Ex. A button labeled "blackout" would turn off headlights taillights along with the other specified extras and have a special icon on UI.

Should maintain a list of all of these smart labels on the docs

Should they be identified by a prefix?
Ex. smart:blackout
