因为 maintainer 越来越多，为防止冲突，现在已经引入了和主仓库相同的规则，对直接 push 到仓库的行为进行了限制，之后的修改必须要走一个 PR 的流程，并且要 CI 全绿，无未解决的对话。但是，大家都有 approve 和 merge 的权限，因此仍然可以对仓库进行修改。
