How should be move forward in terms of lightrail?

Light rail is in a weird spot right now. With the introduction of narrowgauge trams, some light rail vehicles are in the standard sized track depot still. Some are to be found in the tram depot.
In plus, the stations of the narrowgauge are not high enough to support high floor light rail vehicles.
This whole situation leaves some questions:

- Should they appear in the tram or narrowgauge depot? Or should they stay in the railway depot?

- Do we need more infrastructure to support the light rail vehicles in the game?

- Do we want to support high floor light rail vehicles at all?

- How do we handle interurbans and tram-trains (and those tram-trains that use standard gauge track)?
