[Performance] Material Editor is slow on large materials

**Issue description:**
I have this complex material, with a lot of functionality enabled. By now every change I want to make, from rewiring noodles to creating new nodes to generaly making changes, takes up to 5 seconds to perform. Same goes for saving time.

Basic

**Flax version:**
1.8.6511.1

Start by reproducing the slowdown in the Basic project with a large, complex material on Flax 1.8.6511.1, profiling node edits, rewiring, creation, and saving. Done means these Material Editor actions no longer take up to five seconds; the issue does not name source files or tests to inspect.
