The task has pretty simple idea: Add Flax to Scoop.
[Tracy is already there!](https://scoop.sh/#/apps?q=tracy)
The suggestion has low-priority, Flax is still in development. Though, in the distant future it could become a great idea to make Flax accessible with a one liner processed by Scoop.
