[Request] Improving Editor Toolbar

**Issue description:**
I do sometimes hit accidentally the Cook & Run button instead of play mode, while the building is nice and fast, maybe an overhaul of the Editor Toolbar would be nice.

The Playmode button changes from the symbol "Play" to "Stop" but it is basically the same button, so the button could be highlighted in Playmode like the pause button to the right of it.

I personally would prefer to have the play mode controls in the center, But I don't want to keep making unity comparisons here either.

Also, the Cook & Run button in the tooltip says HotKey: F5 which is not correct.
