Manual pages cause CPU temperature spikes significantly

Visiting Flex's manual pages causes a spike in my CPU temperature, from 48° to 88°.
I don't open any program but my browser. It's like a playing AAA game which I think it's not normal.

Tested on Debian 13
- Vivaldi 7.8.3925.74 (Chromium: 144.0.7559.230)
- Brave 1.87.191 (Chromium: 145.0.7632.120)

How to reproduce:
1. Visit this page: https://docs.flaxengine.com/manual/animation/animation/anim-events.html?tabs=code-cpp or https://docs.flaxengine.com/manual/get-started/linux.html
2. Wait for ~15 seconds the temperature will increase drastically
3. Closing the tab will decrease the temperature

Note:
- Apparently random page in manual can also cause the issue.
- Disabling browser extensions still produce the same result.
- Some users in discord experience it, while some don't.
