Add Flags to Release Pipelines straight from the View Pipeline Page

- [ ] As a dashboard user, I should be able to add one or many features to a release pipeline directly from the view pipeline page
- [ ] As a dashboard user, I should see the recently added feature in a pipeline stage and it's current value for the current environment in the stage (validate if this is actually required)
