Integrate with Datadog Triggers

Datadog has an [actions catalog](https://docs.datadoghq.com/actions/actions_catalog) for native actions that can be triggered from their workflows.

We should look into implementing some native actions for Flagsmith. For now, I suspect that this should be just:

- [ ] enable/disable flag for environment
- [ ] enable/disable flag for segment

In the meantime, we should look into writing a guide, and/or article for integrating with Flagsmith using the built-in HTTP action as seen [here](https://docs.datadoghq.com/actions/connections/http/?tab=workflowautomation).
