Get feature tags by SDK key

A REST API to get tags by SDK key will be highly appreciated.

Additional rest api to get tags by SDK key.

Currently, need to call Login with some user to get the tags.
This is kind of awkward to have both SDK key and Admin user/pass from the server side.
