Description
In addition to #4278, add an option for users to manage in dashboard which identities and traits should be considered transient by the SDK API backend.
Additionally, we saw demand for the ability to lock trait values for specific identities or segments, ignoring any incoming traits completely.
Decisions to make:
- Should the setting exist at project or environment level?
