UI/UX Move Project Level Feature Settings to Project Context

The placement of the 'links' tab within the edit feature modal, which is only visible in the context of an environment, feels disjointed. While this may be an inherent issue with Flagsmith's structure, it's worth reassessing its placement for improved user experience.
The same should be valid for any project-level settings of the feature.
