Compare features across multiple projects

customers can have remote config for a small subset of features that they want to use in another project.

Add an area to the Compare page so you can select a feature to compare from 1 project to another. So like the following except being able to select project a feature, project b feature (edited)

Linking features across multiple projects in the UI, this is a massive task from a data perspective.
