Add ability to filter on event type across multiple projects in the Audit Log

A customer hit an issue as part of a large deployment. They wanted to isolate if it was a bug in their code or because of a flag state change across a number of Flagsmith projects. They couldnt get a single view of this across their organisation.

### Describe the solution you'd like.

1. Add the ability to view the audit log across multiple projects within an organisation
2. Be able to filter the audit log based on some specific event types (in this case flag and segment changes)
