Epic: Performance improvements for SDK endpoints for Core API

To generate the dynamodb documents for our Edge API, we use hooks from the Core API. When running in a self-hosted environment, could we store these documents elsewhere (e.g. postgres db cache) and then use them to power the SDK endpoints in the Core API?

Perhaps this is closely tied to #512
