Request: Expose Flagsmith Fields in Jira Automations

We're using the Flagsmith Jira app and need to access Flagsmith field values (flag name/key) within Jira automations, but currently cannot access these fields.

**Use Case:**
We want to create an automation that triggers when tickets with attached feature flags move to "Done" status. The automation should:
1. Check if the ticket has a feature flag (flag name/key field is not empty)
2. If yes, automatically create a cleanup ticket with a +30 day due date to remove the feature flag from code

**Current Issue:**
Flagsmith plugin fields are not accessible in Jira automations - we cannot reference or read the flag name/key values in automation rules.

**Requested Enhancement:**
Please make Flagsmith fields (particularly flag name and key) available as accessible fields in Jira automations, so they can be used in automation conditions and actions.

This would enable automated technical debt management workflows for feature flag cleanup.
