Register for a Biowulf Account

To access the NIH high-performance computing resources, you will need an HPC account. All users must have their own accounts.

- [ ] Fill out the [account request form](https://hpc.nih.gov/docs/accounts.html)
- [ ] Have your PI approve this account
- [ ] An automated message will be sent to you when the account is ready. Follow the login instructions in the email.

_Note: There is a charge of $35 per month for an HPC account._

Start with the NIH account request form linked in the issue and review the three checklist steps, including PI approval and the login instructions. The task is done when the account request has been submitted, approved, and the automated account-ready message has been received.
