Remove Uranium mining.

It's just Fluid Mining, which is what it should probably be called. And that is unlocked earlier because of aluminium. So it isn't needed.

Start by locating the Fluid Mining and Uranium mining definitions in the mod and inspect how aluminium affects their unlock progression. Remove the unnecessary Uranium mining content, retain Fluid Mining under its intended name, and verify that the technology progression no longer references the removed option.
