Description

Since the inverse modelling process (IMP) may take quite some time, in the order of weeks, it is interesting to have an automatic procedure to create snapshot of the progress. It could be relatively simple, like creating a plot that shows a comparison of the, up to then, best parameter set with the target data. This plot would needed to be updated after a to be specified interval has passed, maybe time, repetition or generation. Possibly, some kind of summary could be created, as well. Containing total time passed, development of the different parameters so far and overall fitness criterion development.
