Wiki Update

Hi everyone,
So I'm working on generalising how algorithms are imported into the `python_wrapper.py` so that it does not check only for sceua but also accepts other algorithms. However, the parameters for sampling function in each algorithm are different and thus requires to modify the wrapper in such a way that it checks for correct parameter input and tells the user if input is false. We would that have to mention that it is up to the user that he checks for the correct input parameters based on the algorithm he/she is using. Does it make sense to include this into the Wiki as well ?
