Use Vertical Images

**Problem**

Until now Vertical images cant be analysed correctly. Vertical images are read as horizontal and Layers dont fit to the right dimension.

**Possible Solution?**

With RAW Images Orientation can be read from metadata.
Or possible variable for orientation of camera and than transformation of image array before analysis?

Start by reproducing the analysis with a vertical RAW image and trace the image-reading path where orientation and layer dimensions are established. Compare the resulting image orientation and layer fit with a horizontal image; done means vertical images are transformed or interpreted correctly before analysis and layers match their dimensions.
