-uninstall must be mentioned in README

-uninstall must be mentioned in README (the only docs for the project, as I see),

Looking for a way to wind down/ uninstall, I could only find
https://github.com/FiloSottile/mkcert/issues/208

that is already had several topics in it,
and some people even pointing to some external solution,
that should not be the case.

Again, I recommend very clear explanation what -uninstall does in README,

and to have #208 locked for future new threads.
(Of course any one can still reference #208)
