Segmentation fault when attempting mkcert -install (mkcert installed by brew), mkcert intalled via apt-get works - 1.4.3, 1.4.4

Ubuntu 22.04 running in WSL2 on Windows 10 64 Bit Pro, 32GB RAM machine
* mkcert version (from `mkcert -version`):

## What you did

Ran Ubuntu in WSL2, got terminal, then:

$ mkcert -install
Segmentation fault
```

## What went wrong

Segmentation fault
```

Reproduce the reported crash in Ubuntu 22.04 under WSL2 using the brew-installed mkcert, starting with `mkcert -version` and `mkcert -install`. Compare that behavior with the apt-get installation; done means both commands run without a segmentation fault and the installation path causing the difference is identified.
