chiffrage: cross platform age GUI written with Tauri

Still in development, but currently functional. Supports age key management (including generation, import, and export), and allows you to encrypt and decrypt files. Private keys are encrypted with a vault master key, and private keys and the vault key are zeroed from memory when no longer needed.

Currently has a few strange behaviors on Windows (I don't have any computers that can run Windows so it's difficult for me to test things) and does not yet have support for scrypt, SSH keys, or bulk encrypt/decrypt.

(Dec 18) bulk encryption/decryption is now added

(Dec 23) now has support for scrypt and bulk encrypt/decrypt. The only remaining missing features are encrypted identity and SSH key support.
