When analyzing dashboard data, I want flexible filtering options so I can segment and analyze metrics by status, date range, and wallet type.

- [ ] Start Date range filter: from/to date pickers
- [ ] Wallet type filter: dApp, non-dApp, all
- [ ] Filters apply to:
- Totals/aggregations
- Account lists
- Time series graphs
- [ ] Filter state persisted in URL for bookmarking
