**As** a user who is signed in on the app
**When** I open the app,
**Then** I should see the bottom modal with options for me to interact with the app
We will use the reusable bottom modal for this story. (https://github.com/FightPandemics/FightPandemics-iOS/issues/46)
**Acceptance criteria**
User should see the bottom modal at all times when he is logged in
