Milestone: Remove filters

**As** a user on the home feed
**Given** I have applied filters to my feed
**When** I want to remove the filters from the feed
**Then** I de-select the filter tags shown on the feed by clicking the 'x' button or by selecting the filter button and selecting 'Clear Filters' option on the modal

**Acceptance Criteria:**

1. User is to see the tags on the home screen
2. User is able to remove the tags by hitting the filter or 'x' button
3. Clear filter is only highlighted if a filter is selected
4. Clear filter removes ALL filters selected
