Home: Feed/Post - User Image & Profile Info

NOTE: This ticket only includes the section of the post with the User Avatar, Name, and Location. This does not include other content such as the text Header and description or the buttons at the bottom.

ALSO NOTE: For the MVP, the User Avatar Image, User Name, and Location are not clickable. The blue dot next to the location text is also a static element. This will change for future releases.


If there is no profile image uploaded by the User, then their initials should appear as a placeholder within the image slot.

**Given** user is on feed page
**When** a post loads
**Then** the user can see the profile image, name and location of the user (who created the post)
