Create a Post- Offer or Request

As a user,
**Given** that I am on the “Create a Post ” page, by default the "Offer" toggle button will be already selected (highlighted in blue),
**When** I tap on the "Request" toggle button,
**Then** the "Offer" toggle button turns grey and "Request" button is selected (highlighted in blue)

Design:


Acceptance Criteria:
Tapping on "Request" makes the "Offer" button grey and the "Request" button blue highlighted.
Similarly, tapping on "Offer" makes the "Request" button grey and the "Offer" button blue highlighted.

**NOTE:** By default the "Offer" toggle button will always be selected (blue highlighted).
