Data Model for Users Inconsistent with Design Documentation

I wanted to create an issue for someone to improve the current state for api calls such as /users to be consistent with the design documentation found at: https://fightpandemics.github.io/DataModel/#efec04b0-7fb2-11ea-ba73-c97a35e85484

I'm part of the iOS mobile app team and am part of the networking team for fetching / sending data to/from the backend and was hoping we could stay consistent with the current design documentation. Please feel free to @ me or message me on Slack if you would like to chat about this more in depth. :)
