Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
You can travel by ship, if you choose to go to the port of a city.
Currently, this is indicated by a `:PORT` at the end of the destination city name.

Upon travel, there is no indicator if you are traveling by ship or foot.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It's own translation key for Travel to %town% by ship, this only the town name inside %town%
As we only list the Town we could do it like `Port of %town%` (and than the same as the rest, with distance and travel time)
This should also apply to the threadname and the description of the travel embed

**For the travel**:
- The embed color of the travel should be blue.
- There should be other drops/encounters on the sea, then on land
