Bug: If a container/server is to run out of storage, all data is cleared.

### In which plugin has the error occurred?

### What happened?

Instead of safely keeping the npc data when a container is to run out of storage, it seems to overwrite the npcs.yml file and replace it to have no content with no prior backups if the user didn't take any.

This issue also persists on FancyHolograms with the same exact issue. It also will occur on paper and folia servers.
