Bug: Holograms stop updating for some reason on Folia

### In which plugin has the error occurred?

### What happened?

Holograms completely stop updating, not sure whats causing it. Most of the times it happens if the server hasn't rebooted in a while which in this case it has been 3 days since last reboot.
