Mixed Mode demo scene unwanted resizes

the scene containing the rotating laptop is rendered 3-4x taller than needed on my iPad Mini with the latest iOS.

scrolling seems to cause resizes of the scene area.

EDIT: actually it's resizing itself (seemingly) randomly a couple of times even without scrolling.

Open the Mixed Mode demo at http://famous.org/learn/MixedMode/index.html and reproduce the scene-height changes on an iPad Mini with the reported iOS version. Investigate the resize behavior described during scrolling and without scrolling; done means the rotating-laptop scene no longer becomes several times taller or resizes randomly.
