Land the Fallout entry in ligurio/awesome-ci

### Problem

Fallout was submitted to ligurio/awesome-ci as ligurio/awesome-ci#181 on 2026-07-30. It is awaiting review.

The list has roughly 4100 stars and is the most active target found. It merged a pull request on 2026-07-29, and others in 2026-05 and 2026-06.

### Outcome

Fallout is listed in ligurio/awesome-ci.

### Acceptance criteria

- [ ] ligurio/awesome-ci#181 is merged, or the maintainer declines it and the reason is recorded here.

### Notes

The list is titled "List of Continuous Integration services" and Fallout is not a service, so this may be declined on scope. Two arguments were put in the pull request:

- Fallout generates the pipeline configuration for 11 CI systems, and 10 of them are already rows in that table.
- The table already contains frameworks rather than only hosted services: Dagger, Vela and Tekton.

The pull request says plainly that the maintainer should say so if it is out of scope. Do not push back if it is declined.
