Description
### Problem
Fallout was submitted to the Build automation tools section as pditommaso/awesome-pipeline#243 on 2026-07-30. It is awaiting review.
The list has roughly 6600 stars and merges contributions regularly, most recently 2026-06-16. The section lists one build system per language ecosystem (Bazel, Gradle, Scons for C/C++, Shake for Haskell) and had no .NET entry at all.

Fallout is listed in pditommaso/awesome-pipeline.
### Acceptance criteria
- [ ] pditommaso/awesome-pipeline#243 is merged.
### Notes
Currently the best odds of the three open submissions. Part of #599.
