Land the Fallout entry in quozd/awesome-dotnet

### Problem

quozd/awesome-dotnet#1457 replaces the NUKE entry with Fallout in the Build Automation section. It has been open since 2026-07-01 with no comment and no review.

The list is the largest .NET list at roughly 21500 stars. The maintainer is slow but not gone: last merge 2026-03-26, with 125 pull requests open.

Fallout is listed in quozd/awesome-dotnet.

### Acceptance criteria

- [ ] quozd/awesome-dotnet#1457 is merged, or is replaced by a submission the maintainer will accept.

### Notes

Consider changing the approach. quozd/awesome-dotnet#1457 removes the entry for a project with 3750 stars and puts a project with 105 stars in its place. A maintainer is more likely to accept adding Fallout alongside NUKE than swapping one for the other. Adding an entry also avoids any argument about NUKE's current status.
