SPT 4.1.2 compatibility update / permission to publish localized port

Hi! I really enjoy **Loot In Vicinity** and wanted to ask first: do you currently have any plans to update the mod for **SPT 4.1.2**?

If you do not plan to update it in the near future, I would like to ask for your permission to create and publicly release a **SPT 4.1.2 compatible version** based on your original project.

The changes I plan to make mainly include:

* Updating the mod for **SPT 4.1.2**
* Adjusting compatibility with the changed EFT/SPT inventory and UI APIs
* Fixing compatibility issues caused by the 4.0.x → 4.1.x update
* Adding **Simplified Chinese localization**
* Localizing the **F12 configuration menu** and related in-game interface text

I will try to keep the original functionality and design of the mod unchanged as much as possible.

If you agree, I will clearly credit you as the **original author** on the release page, include links to the original mod page and source repository, and clearly state that my release is only an **unofficial SPT 4.1.2 compatibility port and Simplified Chinese localization**.

I will also continue to comply with the project's **MPL-2.0 license** requirements and make the modified source code available.
