April Tag Alignment

Once we have code in place to detect the april tags and calculate the distance between the robot and the april tag, we would like to create code that auto-aligns the robot to the april tags.

Deliverables
- Code written to read distance from vision pipeline
- Code written to align the robot to the april tag, depending on which april tag it is and what distance we want to be from each april tag
- testing done on the robot
