Track hardware components

1. Hardware components (ex. camera and bling)
2. Installation location on the robot

Need to synchronize with the hardware team to find out what components the hardware team wants.

Create hardware components list:
- Camera facing the ground to detect shadow line
- Camera to identify the target (needs tilt looking upward)
- Camera on side of robot for the driver (to see the cargo on the ground)
- Bling strung on the top of the robot (don't interfere with vision and driver view)
- Color sensor to identify shadow line on the ground
