Autonomous mode- task sequence

Refer to the spreadsheet for timing and add timing to each step.

**Example 1 (calculate time for each step):**
Drive off the tarmac (taxi)
Shoot the pre-loaded cargo
Go to a specific spot (ramsete)
Intake 1 cargo from the ground
-Shoot newly loaded cargo

**Example 2 (calculate time for each step):**
Drive off the tarmac (taxi)
Shoot the pre-loaded cargo
Find cargo on the ground and push
Go to the terminal
Hand over to the human player

**Example 3:**
Drive off tarmac
Shoot preloaded cargo
Intake 1 cargo from the ground
Shoot newly loaded cargo
Receive third cargo from HP
Shoot if time left
