Create a Nudge Speed Mode

This is an idea for another mode that could be useful for HELMET. This idea is from Wesley via a conversation where I asked for ideas and suggestions for HELMET.
The idea is a mode where you can slightly change -- or nudge -- the speed with the potentiometers, instead of just moving them to select a speed. This would allow for increased precision in selecting speeds and would be useful when tuning things like intakes and shooters, when you're searching for specific speeds.
