Change SonarLights to include team-wide include Arduino1076.h and use it

This was removed when we encountered some strange difficulty building, but that was likely due to an extra file in the project. (still don't know where it came from)

Please add this back and use the symbols in it. If we decide to change addresses and ports, it should be in the Arduino1076.h file. This one shouldn't have to change. (Although we will have to rebuild it).
