Description
The name of FuelSubsystem is not very descriptive--isn't the whole bot except the climb about fuel? Please make the name more specific to what the subsystem does.
Additionally, I think there is value in splitting the FuelSubsystem into separate Indexer and IntakeLauncher subsystems as they do very different things.
