Power Sterring RPM bump

We already have rpm bump for ac panel , there is lots of cars that would benefit from having this , many car have power sterring pressure sensor switch ,

It would be nice to have ,

Bump target rpm
Bump open loop idle etb position to counteract target bump
Add short term open loop fuel enrichment with decay , as this fast open loop etb bump always caused in lua to fuel go lean as this changes are to small for mapsensor setups with big volume manifolds. Also very nice would be to have ramp back down to target , so we decay about 1rpm per cycle , olso open loop etb should decay in the same ratio ,

open loop fuel should decay instant as closed loop fuel correction make it pointless to hold open loop longer time , it will cause lean again after idle goes back to normal
