Reduce the default accel threshold in the base tunes

Description
Under the acceleration enrichment settings page, the default value for "Accel Threshold(roc)" is 40. This is way too high and will prevent new users from having AE trigger unless they modify this value to something more reasonable first.
Observed on proteus_f4 NA6 default tune.
