Handle ref data mapping where FOLIO returns multiple name matches

For example, one tenant may have multiple fee/fine types with the same name, differentiated by which feeFineOwner they belong too.

To make sure we get the right fee/fine type we'd need to use the feeFineOwner uuid as a distinguishing feature.
